Patria is fortunate not to be affected by deadly earthquakes, tsunamis and nuclear meltdowns. Japan, not so much. Japan will also experience some much-needed healing later this year when Amma visits as part of her world tour. In response to the devastation caused by the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan, Embracing the World (the collective organization for Amma's worldwide charities) representatives have already traveled to hard-hit Sendai to provide food and water for refugees and to assess conditions on the ground. Embracing the World will soon be initiating a broader relief effort.
